These terms of use apply to the use of Thalesto. Thalesto is currently in active development.
Note: This text is a prepared draft and will be reviewed finally before a public release. This English version is provided for convenience; the German version remains the primary reference.

Purpose of the app
Thalesto provides organizational support for the search for possible psychotherapy places within statutory health insurance in Germany. The app is intended to structure search profiles, optional advanced filters, call time windows, practice feedback, waiting lists and next steps.
Thalesto does not provide medical, psychotherapeutic, diagnostic or legal advice and does not replace professional advice.
Users
The app is aimed at adults aged 18 and over. Use by minors is not intended.
Account and sign-in
A user account is required for use. In the Android version, sign-in currently takes place through Google Sign-In. Apple ID login is planned for a later iOS version.
Community feedback
Practice data, advanced filter attributes and community feedback may come from imported sources, technical derivations or community feedback and may be outdated, incomplete or incorrect in individual cases. Important information should be checked directly with the respective practice.
- Please enter only feedback that you believe to be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Please do not record third-party personal data that is not required for app use.
- Please do not use the app in an automated, manipulative or abusive way.
Not an emergency app
Thalesto is not intended for acute crises, emergencies or immediate danger. In such situations, appropriate emergency services, medical services or the emergency number should be contacted.
Availability and changes
Features may be expanded, changed, restricted or removed during development. Uninterrupted availability of individual features cannot be guaranteed.
Costs
If paid features, subscriptions or other payment models are introduced later, users will be informed in advance. For payments through app stores, the terms of the respective store provider may also apply.
Rights and use
The app, code, design, texts, data model and product documents remain, to the extent legally protectable, the property of the provider or the respective rights holders. Use is permitted only within the intended scope of the app, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Privacy and deletion
Information about data processing is available under Privacy. Information about account deletion and data export is available under Data deletion.
Liability
The app is used to organize the search and not for medical assessment or suitability checks. The provider does not guarantee that displayed practice information is always complete, current or suitable for your individual concern. Statutory liability remains unaffected.
